Happy Monday!

Well I just came back from Dallas where I got to visit with my mom and my aunt who lives in New Orleans. Respectively, I have had visiting New Orleans on the brain! Granted it is hurricane season, although really I would be leaving one hurricane zone (Houston) to visit another (New Orleans) and let's not forget my brother-in-laws wedding in Galveston in 4 weeks! But here is what I am DYING to do despite the weather!

First things first: I am obsessed with Emeril Lagasse and cannot wait to try NOLA!

And of course once I make room for dessert & coffee there is Cafe Du Monde!

And although I love Brennan's of Houston, I wouldn't be a true fan unless I went to their original location in New Orleans!

Ahhhhhhhhh and let's not forget the amazing music, I have a special place in my heart for Zydeco!
