What a weekend! I am still spending the week in Austin, but I've managed to whip up a few posts for you!
Today's post is on friendship. The older we get, and the more things we learn along the way; the more we start to realize who our real friends are. Even if you've had a few trying times with these people, your true friends are the ones who make your life better without anyone overstepping boundaries.
Our true friends may also be the people farthest away from us in distance, but still closest to our hearts.
Sometimes I feel pressured to hang out with people I don't really like for "social" reasons. This usually ends up causing stress on my end, and it's not really fair to anyone involved.
Our true friends are the ones who are always there, no matter what the circumstances may be. They may also have different opinions from you, but they love you just the same.
Here's to a week filled with friends!

Ahh, this is so true. After high school, I thought I'd be friends with EVERYONE--but that didn't happen at all. I only keep in touch with a few people, really. The friends I made in college on the other hand...I still talk to them all the time. It was just a different experience altogether.
