Eggies in a Basket

Breakfast has been served! And for those of you who are unfamiliar with this deliciously-quick breakfast, here is my no-fail how to recipe. All you will need is bread, eggs, and of course, BUTTER:

1. Using a Biscuit Cutter or round cookie cutter, cut a hole into a piece of bread. Afterwards you will have something to snack on while you cook!

2. After making sure your bread is thoroughly covered in butter, (I usually melt the butter and brush it on) place the bread into a Nonstick Skillet--also covered in butter. Crack the eggs and place them inside the holes of your bread. I usually have the stove turned to medium heat, and let the eggs cook for about 2 minutes on one side. Be sure to use lots of salt and pepper on your eggs!

3. After your eggs have cooked on one side for 2 minutes, they are ready to flip! I usually cook them for another minute, while sprinkling more salt and pepper for extra flavor. These eggies are best runny, so try not to let them cook too long... unless you just plain refuse to eat runny eggs.

Bon Appetit!
