How was everyone's 4th of July? 4th of July is my absolute favorite holiday, not only because of good food, awesome decorations and fireworks, but because the 5th is our anniversary!!! Yesterday Hubby and I celebrated 3 amazing years!

After our little shindig, Hubby and I just took it easy this year. We are saving for NEXT year's anniversary (Trip to Paris, please!)
So we just had one of our favorite meals ever, Phở!
A little about us... we actually fell in love at a coffee shop! While it may not sound as romantic as it seems, we both worked at Starbucks! Nathan moved to my store right after my 21st birthday and although we started out as mutual friends, one thing led to another (as they usually do) and here we are almost 5 years later!
So naturally, Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop by Landon Pigg is our song <3

Happy Anniversary!!! I had a dream about your blog title last night, although I can't remember what it was about. :) Is that pho I see? OMG...yum! I have got to give you some great places to try pho on Bellaire...the REAL Chinatown :) Kind of a hole in the wall places, but you know those are the best.
