Humorous Hump Day (and 2 recipes)

Whoo Hoo! We are technically halfway done with the week
(Thank goodness for 4-day work weeks)

First up, I found the most hilarious website this morning:

See more here @Bluntcard.com
It definitely brightened up my day!

Next up: 2 days down on the Challenge means 2 more recipes!

Get the recipe for homemade Chicken Broth here
***We served tomato, basil and mozzarella sandwiches with the soup on our homemade bread***

***fresh bread crumbs are super easy, especially if you have bread that is starting to get stale***

Mix in food processor:
4 pieces of toasted bread
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried oregeno
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp salt

*Note, dry ingredients work best for this, so the breadcrumbs stay dry*

Has anyone been inspired to start eating "fresh" yet? Do you have any recipe suggestions or recipes you would like to see us try during the Challenge? Just let me know!
